the hotel had a horrid smell of mold in my room, and after 4 to 5 staff members, I was finally 'assured' a change. then, a receptionist barged into my room at 11pm for payment! i expected privacy and, honestly, a lovely upgrade as a gesture for my trouble. shame on you globales!

The staff were lively and genuinely friendly , bringing a smile to our faces every morning. Sitting on the rooftop terrace during sunset was simply magical, the views were unbelievable and made for perfect romantic moments.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly , but considering the experience, it was still worth every penny.

Staff provided excellent service, a big shout out to Jomonjo and Marta for their attentiveness.
